When it comes to health issues, we often overlook a hidden culprit that can wreak havoc on our well-being: parasites. Weakening of the immune system due to stress, malnutrition, or underlying health conditions can also make individuals more susceptible to parasitic infections.

Start by practicing good hygiene, including thorough handwashing with soap and clean water before meals and after using the bathroom. Drink clean, filtered water and ensure food is properly cooked and stored. When traveling to high-risk areas, take precautions such as avoiding tap water, eating at reputable establishments, and practicing proper hygiene
